New Policy:
All matted dogs will be charged a minimum charge by size. Amount will go up according to condition of coat, and temperament of pet, by the hour. Contract will be signed especially if I come to the home.
Small (less than 15lbs) $50
Medium (less than 30lbs) $60
Large (less than 50lbs) $70
Over 50lbs: 100$
Pics will be taken and fleas are an additional charge.
If I have to schedule out for a second visit and owner says no, changes mind or doesn't allow me to finish, none of the fee is refunded. This covers my time and tool damage.
If I've already worked out a plan for a previously done pet, then your already on file and I will discuss any future changes if needed.
