Hart Equestrian Center is offering an incredible opportunity to learn from a busy training and competition program centered around high performance eventing!
The perfect candidate would have prior horse knowledge, exceptional organization skills, and taking an interest in growing our beginner lesson program!
*Must work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) and late/night checks
*Located in Florence, AL.
* Weekend work will include all daily care of horses, feeding, turning out, scrubbing and filling water troughs, cleaning stalls, shavings, water buckets, blankets/fly sheets, etc.
* Part time or full time position available- this could be very flexible for the right person!
*Must be comfortable and confident handling all types of horses (sensitive mares, thin skinned TB’s, stallions, young/green horses)
*Hacking/ riding/ teaching opportunities available for the right person, dependent on ability.
*Boarding Availability to bring 1 horse.
*Compensation can include housing, hourly, daily, or weekly pay.
Again, this is not a fixed position that we are looking for, but we are looking for a strong member to join our team.
*Access to training packages and routine lessons with on site trainers, Jim Graham and Erin Rush
*Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a good sense of humor are absolutely required.
*Minimum age 18 years old with a valid drivers liscense and access to reliable transportation required.

Verna and Gin had a successful move up to Tadpole, finishing 1st 🥇 and gaining confidence and experience along the way. So incredibly proud of Verna’s progress and results this year, congratulations!
Emilie and Cookie produced a lovely dressage test in Intro C, nailed the trot poles classes, and even won the costume contest!
HEC Enchanted One had his first outing and was wise beyond his years, winning all of his classes and divisions! 🥇
Bora Bora Bound ran through a few first and second level tests, winning her classes and getting out for the first time since KDA Dressage in May! 🥇
Nelly and HEC Cleveland (pictured here) had a blast and gained tons of experience and confidence at Copper Top Fall Horse Party! Look at them both smiling!🏆🏆🏆
For our last recognized horse trial of the year, we traveled to Pine Top Thanksgiving Horse Trial.
Ruby and Perfect Cuppajoe had another great novice completion, making major improvements in each phase. They are looking primed for the 2024 competition season.
Melissa and Ghirardelli smoked their Beginner Novice move up, finishing 4th in the Open Beginner Novice!
As we wind up the last outings of 2023, I realize it has been quite some time since we have posted about our successes!
I will work my way through a recap of the Summer and Fall months over the next few days.
We wrapped up our last event of the year with an incredibly successful weekend at Chattahoochee Hills December Schooling Show.
Huge congratulations to Nelly Hart and HEC Cleveland for their win in their starter division, and having the lowest finishing score across all starter divisions!! 🥇🥇🥇
HEC Enchanted One (Pumpkin)completed his first 3 phase event, finishing third 🥉in his starter division and acting like a complete professional all weekend
Bora Bora Bound (Skittles) got to cruise around the Training, leading the division from start to finish 🥇She was very happy to be released from dressage boot camp!
All hands on deck during blanket season. Gin being very helpful during blanket changes.

Congratulations to Nelly Hart’s HEC King Julien (JC: Cigar City) making his beginner novice debut last weekend at Middle TN Pony Club Mini Event. He finished 4th in his division and Reserve T.I.P!
