I am sure that many of you are aware of the Mystery Respiratory Illness that has been spreading through the country since mid-August. It is something that we have already discussed and made clear that our number one priority for us has, and always will be the safety of the dogs and cats in our care. With that, we wanted to give some insight into our cleaning procedures for our kennels. Feel free to watch the video, but the procedures will also be listed below: 1. We gather all dirty bowls and soak in Wysiwash cleaner for a minimum of 10 minutes before washing. 2. Using Wysiwash, we spray ALL areas of the kennel and let sit for a minimum of 10 minutes. 3. We squeege the floor to remove all hair and food particles 4. We mop with Wysiwash 5. Wipe down beds and doors 6. Finally, we spray all surfaces with KennelSol and let dry. If you have any other questions regarding cleaning please don’t hesitate to reach out. We know a virus like this can be scary and with the holidays we want everyone to feel safe here.
