Debbie reports: Gibson received his 6th UDX leg at ncotc trial and received 9 OM points 4 more legs to go for UDX. Very proud!

TIM CUTSHALL AND GALA ACHIEVES OM1 TITLE!!

Tim reports: Good weekend at the NCOTC trial. Friday was a bust flunked both classes. Sat. she had a 190 in Open B and 194 in Utility. Sunday she got 194 in both classes. That was 3rd and 4th leg toward UDX 2 and by my count she finished her OM1 after getting 33 points this weekend. Have an NOC qualifier coming up and hope I can get her consistent and maybe we might be able to qualify.

BJ ARNOLD AND ZANDER EARNS FIVE POINTS TOWARD A RACH!!

We were at the NCOTC trial. Friday: Master choice - his choice was to leave the ring. Then Masters -stayed in and qualified. Saturday: Master choice chose to stay and qualify. 3 rd place. Master better-93 equals 5 master points. Only need 145 more!!!!!

CHRISTINE CARTER'S TRUE EARNS A UDX!!

What a weekend True and I had at the obedience trial this weekend!!
True UDX and Obedience Master!!! 🎉🎉
Christine reports: I can’t believe how fast we got our UDX. We qualified 6/6 this weekend earning the last 3 legs we needed for our title. What a rollercoaster of a journey it’s been, and a title this time last year I never thought we might get as we were struggling to just qualify in Utility A. She is one tough girl. Glad I stuck with it and saw it through.
She is becoming much more confident and comfortable in the B ring. We have work to do, but I was very happy with her attitude, though she had a little too much happy energy and needed to dial it in at times. She is just too cute in the ring. Looking forward to playing more obedience with my girl.

NANCY LINCOLN'S INDY SHINES AT TAC WITH MULTIPLE RALLY WINS INCLUDING TWO HIGH TRIPLES & A HIGH COMBINED!!

Nancy reports: Indy had the best rally weekend he has ever had. 9/9 ques, 3 RAE legs, 3 triple ques, RM title, two High Triples and one High Combined. I thought I was dreaming. He also finally got his Grad Open with a first place 197.5.

ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPENED FOR NCOTC'S LATE SUMMER 2024 SESSION THAT BEGINS THE WEEK OF JULY 22, 2024...
If you are looking to enroll your dog with no or little training, we offer Puppy Class (from 8-19 weeks) and Beginning Obedience Training (20 weeks to no maximum age).
For the performance dog, sharpen your skills for Intermediate or Advanced Obedience classes with the renowned retired AKC Judge Ginger Kinion, Intermediate Obedience classes with AKC Judge Charlotte Mielziner and Seasoned Instructor Kathy Schreck.
Puppy class (8-19 weeks) is taught by seasoned veteran instructor Donna Clifford.
The Beginning Obedience classes are taught by the popular experienced instructor Karen Rosso on Tuesday evenings. Kathy also teaches Beginning Obedience on Wednesday afternoon and Sharon Dash instructs on Tuesday afternoon. NCOTC offers Rally that is instructed by experienced BJ Arnold.

CHRISTINE CARTER AND THE TALENTED "TRUE" GRABS WINS AND POINTS!!

Christine reports: Had a fun time with my girl at North County’s Obedience Trial this weekend. Lots of green for us! We qualified 5/6 times. Only thing she flunked was going to an article pile, I had to give her a second command. Didn’t quite score high enough to get into the ribbons, but still got OM points for every run, and another OTCH point. I learned a lot this weekend and know more of what we need to work on. I was very pleased with her great attitude and effort. Also picked up 2 more UDX legs! More than halfway there!
