VCA Angel Animal Hospital

VCA Angel Animal Hospital PROUD TO BE THE WINNER OF THE 2009 & 2010 PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD FOR THE BEST VETERINARY CLINIC IN DEN We urge you to stop by and meet our team!

VCA Angel Animal Hospital has been an important part of the Flower Mound community for over 20 years. Not only do we offer the highest quality medical, surgical and dental care, but our expanded services include rehabilitation, ultrasound, digital dental radiography and so much more. Our doctors and staff understand the unique needs of our feline patients and want to do everything possible to make

their visit to the veterinarian as stress free and comfortable as possible. Our facility includes a feline-only waiting room, two feline-only exam rooms, and a special feline intensive care and surgery recovery area. We are proud to have a cutting-edge Rehabilitation Clinic that enables our veterinarians to provide innovative treatments for pain, surgical recovery, arthritis, neurological deficits and many other conditions that have previously been treated solely with medication. Our facility, run by two certified canine rehabilitation therapists, includes an underwater treadmill (great for pets trying to shed those pounds!), a pulsed signal therapy unit and a therapeutic laser. Our hospital also includes a large luxury boarding facility so that your pets can have the ultimate in comfort and care when you must be away from home. Canine guests can choose from large suites to smaller condominiums, and our feline friends lounge in our quiet, double suites with full-length window views located far from the hubbub of the hospital. At VCA Angel Animal Hospital we understand and respect the incredible bond that our clients have with their pets, and we honor that relationship by combining superior client service and personal attention with compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine.

Meet Elle Marie, a 6-year-old sweetheart who radiates love. She’s incredibly affectionate, absolutely adores people, and melts into cuddles the moment she senses kindness. Whether it's lounging quietly by your side or strolling gently on leash through the neighborhood, Elle Marie is the perfect companion for someone seeking a calm, loving dog with an easygoing spirit.

She is a 35-pound mixed breed pup with a heart as big as her personality and ears that are just as unforgettable! With a beautiful short white coat, big, pointed ears adorably speckled with pink and black, and the cutest little underbite you’ve ever seen, Elle Marie turns heads wherever she goes. Her soulful dark eyes and sweet black nose only add to her charm.

This special girl is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, which means she needs a calm foster or foster-to-adopt home where she can rest and recover. But don’t worry, the SPCA of Texas covers 100% of her medical care during treatment, including all medications and vet visits. All you need to provide is a little space, some snuggles, and a whole lot of love.

Elle Marie walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys short walks where she can sniff and explore without too much excitement. She’s easy to handle, gentle in nature, and simply wants to be close to her people. Her quiet, loving presence makes her an ideal fit for a peaceful home where she can thrive.

If you’re looking to open your heart to a pup who will return your love tenfold, Elle Marie is waiting to meet you. Foster or foster-to-adopt today and give this sweet soul the cozy, caring environment she deserves while she heals. She’s ready to cuddle her way into your heart.

Come meet this special lady today at our Dallas Animal Care Center (2400 Lone Star Drive, 75212), which is open from noon to 6 p.m. seven days a week! Like all pets from the SPCA of Texas, Elle Marie has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on all her necessary vaccinations.

Meet Yappy, a 2-year-old, 10-pound male Domestic Shorthair Tabby with a heart full of love and a personality that’s impossible to resist. With his striking coat of tabby stripes, a soft white underbelly, and pristine white paws, Yappy looks like he stepped out of a storybook. Yappy’s deep green eyes sparkle with curiosity, and his adorable soft pink nose is always pointed toward adventure (or your hand for gentle pets).

Yappy is the perfect mix of mellow and playful. He has a sweet, gentle disposition that makes him an ideal companion for a relaxed home, but don’t let that fool you—this boy has plenty of s***k! He loves a good game of chase-the-string and happily will entertain you with his playful energy. Whether he’s darting after a feather toy or pouncing with kitten-like enthusiasm, Yappy brings laughter and light wherever he goes.

When playtime winds down, Yappy transforms into the ultimate snuggle buddy. His soft meows are like whispers, and he purrs contentedly whenever he’s near his people. Yappy loves curling up beside you, soaking in all the love and affection you’re willing to give. He thrives on companionship and is always nearby, either gazing at you with those soulful eyes or reaching out with a paw for attention.

Yappy is more than just a cat—he’s a bundle of joy wrapped in tabby fur. Friendly, affectionate, and full of life, he’s the kind of cat who makes a house feel like home. Whether you're looking for a quiet companion to share peaceful moments or a playful pal to brighten your days, Yappy offers the best of both worlds.

Meet Scarlett, a two-year-old Labrador/Cattle Dog with a heart as big as her full-body wiggle! At just 32 pounds, this petite sweetheart may be a tripod—missing one back leg—but you’d never guess it from the way she gets around. Scarlett is strong, spirited, and determined, and she moves through life with confidence, joy, and her signature happy hop.

With her bright, soulful brown eyes, floppy ears, and adorable red-and-white spotted coat, Scarlett is absolutely stunning—but it’s her personality that will truly steal your heart. She’s the kind of dog who lights up every room she enters. Her tail doesn’t just wag—it sets off a whole-body wiggle that’s impossible to resist!

Scarlett loves people and thrives on attention and affection. She greets you with a smile, leans in for pets, and snuggles close whenever you give her the chance. Whether you're curled up on the couch or going for a walk, she’ll be by your side, soaking up the moment and sharing her joyful spirit. She’s gentle, loving, and will bond deeply with her loving family.

Her three-legged status doesn’t slow her down one bit—Scarlett gets around beautifully and enjoys short walks, time in the yard, and lounging nearby. She’s proof that resilience comes in all shapes (and leg counts!).

Scarlett is an easy-to-love, low-maintenance companion with so much affection to give. She's looking for a home where she can be adored and included, where belly rubs, soft beds, and kisses are part of the daily routine.

Come meet Scarlett at the SPCA of Texas Dallas Animal Care Campus (2400 Lone Star Drive, 75212) any day of the week between Noon and 6 p.m. Like all pets from the SPCA of Texas, Scarlett has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on all her necessary vaccinations.

It is “Empty the Shelters” time at the SPCA of Texas through Thursday May 15th, featuring $25 adult pet adoptions and $50 puppy and kitten adoptions.
