Paws & Panoramas - El Dorado Hills Dog Walk

Friday, June 13, 2025 @ 9 a.m.

Lace up your hiking shoes and grab your pup—Kalia Mitchell, hike leader and owner of Adventure Dog Co., will guide you on a quick but invigorating suburban hike, complete with short, steep climbs that are sure to get your legs working. This is a popular trail for mountain bikers, runners, and the occasional horse. There will also be an opportunities to go down to the lake if desired. This intermediate hike of 2.5 miles is on rocky terrain with several hills. Please bring well-behaved dog on non-retractable leash. Meeting location El Dorado Hills area. This is a State Park so bring $ if parking in their lot. A detailed email will be sent once you register online at

Hi Ya'll
It's been a while, and it's already spring! How are all the lovely doggies in the world?

It's been a few months of major change in our family, and we are working through the changes.

Due to unforseen events, we no longer have Rush living with us. He is now living a grand life with my parents and their

He is so much happier not being the only dog and has an 8 month old puppy to play with. 💕

During this time, we have been focusing more on our family, and it's been wonderful.

Puppy Play Day

It's never too early to start training on long down stays. Even with

is our game and finding spots is what we are here for.

It's been some time since we posted. But it's been a wild ride.

Recently, our family had a major shift. My husband and I both received promotions.
My toddler started daycare.
pulled his psoas muscle and has been recovering.
He has also been regularly seeing the chiropractor for adjustments. Trail walks are still controlled and slow so we haven't been exploring as much.

But what this lack of time on social media and time on the trails has allowed for, is time preparing for visiting farmers markets, dog events, and getting all our gear from and stocked up for this fall.

We will be taking more time to promote these amazing in person at local events.
