Hi all! I just wanted to REintroduce myself and share a photo! My name is Eric and I am a master horse shoer and barefoot trim expert. I have 30 years of experience! AND, I am recipient of the European French Farrier Diploma. This is a 4 year degree from France ( the most highly prestigious place to learn to be a farrier ) with also a 3 year journey man under my belt. 

I was engaged in a way that I feel that I must now put my credentials in writing so that people will understand the work it takes to become a farrier.

I have 30 years of experience trimming and shoeing horses. I am also a licensed Horse Trainer previously in California, Kentucky, and Louisiana with a retired steeple chase and regular jockey license.

I am also a retired veteran; I served in the army for nine years, not including the nine years I served as a firefighter…

I’m thinking my last post got lost; so I thought I might reassure myself and others, since it seems that everyone is looking for credentials, and they don’t just trust your word nowadays and I’m the type of man that goes for a handshake.

I understand that Arizona, among many states, is flooded with unqualified farriers, but I’ve been shoeing in California and Arizona for over 20 years.

Start examining your horse’s foot so you can SOON see the difference.

Help your horse be happy!

If you don’t know; your horse will. Wearing tennis shoes is much more comfortable than a high heel which is counter intuitive for the horse hoof (the no heel photo is one causing pain and common hoof, movement and soundness problems whereas the more heel photo is equivalent to a horse’s athletic tennis shoes).

The more you know hour of power.
