Congratulations to the Charpentier family and Koda on winning the 2024 AFM Top Dog Award! This will be the inaugural year of the Violet Heart Memorial Trophy as we honor dogs for the happiness and love they selflessly bestow upon us. The recipient is chosen not just by the dog’s success, but also the success the owners have with their dog post training. It’s a team win for sure. Koda has been an amazing addition to the Charpentier family, and has become a standard for family dogs. Koda is the first GSD to become Top Dog, and the first Family Dog to do so as well.
