I got a call about an hour ago….Rico is on his way back home!! I offered to come and get him and they wanted to bring him back instead.

Rico apparently would not let any male near him and tried to bite any male that got close to him. He was fine with the female trainers. Due to his size, they were not comfortable with their female trainers training him. This is completely out of character for rico. He has been to so many places and people always coming and going in and out of the house. He has never had an issue with anyone. Anyone that has ever met rico, knows that. It is very concerning that he would act this way as he has never acted this way….EVER!! We have been to the Pear with him, the the car show, to the owls stadium on game day, he has always been really good. I was already terrified to do board and train due to the horror stories of so many things happening. So, i have decided my little college dropout isnt leaving again for training. We will do private classes to work with him on leash work and the place and stay commands. I am just happy to have him back home. I missed him terribly in the 24 hours he has been gone.

Our baby boy went off to “doggy college” today for 3 weeks. I already miss him. 😭😭😭😭 this will be such a hard 3 weeks. He was so excited and didnt even want to give me love before he left. Independent college kids suck!! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️😭 He is such a good boy but is going for extensive on and off leash training.

The life of our BIG ASS dog 😂😂😂 he thinks he’s still a lap dog.…always will be. Some exciting things are happening soon….I can’t announce yet but eeeekkkk……..so excited!!!

We have discussed it and decided that we would like Rico to have no more than 5 litters a year (including ours) as of now. That would mean that after this year, there will be only 2-3 outside breeding spots available. I am working on our breeding schedule and making tentative plans.

Rico is imported from Serbia and is currently 18 months old. Last we weighed, he was 203 lbs at the vet at 16.5 months old. He is currently 36-37" tall at the shoulder. His health testing will be completed this month and once those are complete, he will be available for very select females.

This year, we are offering 5 outside females. We will be picking on who will use him and with the females being bred to him. With that being said, we have 1 more spot available with him. We do have 4 tentative females planned for possibly this year. Now is your chance to fill the last spot for 2023. If you are interested in using him this year or future years, please let me know. His potentials list is filling quickly.
