This is the reason why!!
Sociability is trained! When puppies come to you there are socialized with the people they come in contact with, their breeders, their families and people they get to meet. The puppies also get to socialize with litter mates, their dog moms, and other dogs that may live in the household. Forming great associations with people, and other dogs. Getting love and attention from people or animals that bring them joy! When someone talks sweet to me I get love and pets and good things happen.
When puppies leave their breeders they need this from their new owners. For the first several weeks they can’t leave the confines of your house and yard until their shot series are done. During that time they’re forming bonds with you their new pack, learning new behaviors sit, stay, down etc Once their shots are done they are free to GO OUT! Get them out!!! Get them meeting new people, having new people give them treats, pets and interacting in a way that’s pleasurable for them. Get them to see new things, walk on different surfaces, meet new dogs, kids, adults all the things.
Enroll in a puppy class, get them to meet new puppies in a controlled environment that brings joy, reduces stress and lets them learn new things.
Socialization is something that always has to be worked on for them to continue to see those things as good, fun experiences.
