I needed to find a new outlet for my creativity that would allow me to work around my developing vision problems... plus I've been unable to find the style of show leads that I like, so decided I needed to start making them myself. CORDING: The cording I use is either paracord or nylon based, which is stain resistant and washes up wonderfully with just normal dish detergent or shampoo. I maintain an inventory of many standlard dogl colors (black, white, gray, tan, chocolate) as well as several of the "fun" colors (pink, purple, blue, green) and can order the nylon cord from over 80 different colors from my supplier (allow an extra 2 weeks for the cording to arrive to me, small extra charge may apply). BEADS: I use only high-quality beads in silver, gold, bronze, copper, and black regular and antiqued metals; aluminum, ceramic and enamel beads, as well as some in natural gemstones and even some with pearls! Beads are available in a wide assortment of designs. Combine beads that represent your interests or things that have special meaning to you (i.e., a lucky clover, owl, dragon, stars or hearts, plus lots more). If I don't have what you are looking for, I will be glad to try to find just the perfect beads for you. You can have as much input into the design as you would like or give me a general idea and I will put something together for you - you can always preview the bead selection before I put the item together for you ! Many of my suppliers also sell beads on eBay, so you can certainly browse there and send me a picture or the eBay item number so I can see if I have something that matches or is close. I would be glad to special order beads for you if I don't already have something that will work for you. Of course, I try to keep the cost of my beads within a certain range and an extra charge may apply if the special ordered beads are above that range. You will always know if extra charges will apply or if an order will take an extra amount of time to be completed for you. SIZES & HARDWARE: Stock toy breed leashes are approximately 5 feet long. However, you can order your leash in any length you need - extra short to extra long, whatever you need. Several standard clip ends are available in several sizes, but I would be glad to order something special if you need. Swivel clips or rubber slides are also available. Choose slide beads or plain clear plastic slides. Hardware is available in a variety of metals and if beads are used, they can be matched in most cases. ORDERS: Orders are best made by e-mail or message here on FaceBook. Stock items can be mailed out within a few days. Special orders will take an extra amount of time to be completed for you - I will let you know at the time you place your order how much time I will need to complete your order.
