Welcome to Happy Claws Cat rescue/sanctuary first official Facebook post. We're a nonprofit organization which means any and all expenses for our furry friends come straight out of our own pocket. Which we're more than happy to do. However, unfortunately, we have to get right to business because we've had some unexpected vet bills that have us completely slammed. Two of our cats formed struvite urinary crystals and had to be rushed to the ER and a third kitty had to pass the rainbow bridge. The two are in recovery now but it seems one of them may still need professional medical attention but with their surgeries and the euthanasia of the other baby, our wallets are in critical condition and we fear we may not be able to afford another surgery.
Donations are not required but are incredibly appreciated. Any people, who donate to a rescue of any kind, are heroes in my opinion!
