Meet Galvin a 1-year-9-month-old male American Blue Heeler with a coat as unique as his personality. His stunning blue marbled fur is accented by soft white and tan highlights, giving him a dashing appearance. Animals are available for adoption at both the SPCA Dallas Animal Care Center (2400 Lone Star Drive, 75212) and the Ellis County Animal Care Center (2570 FM Road 878 in Waxahachie, Texas).
