Guess what today is?!

Thank you so much for all of the love and support yall have shown over the past 10 years. It has been an honor and pleasure to pamper your pets and to serve you.

I've made some amazing friends, watched your kids grow up, and now you're watching mine grow up.. it's been such a fun experience.

We have slowed down significantly (raising a little one) but we are greatful for the business and customers that we continue to serve!

Hi! Just wanted to update, we are currently booked until the week of Oct 3rd.

We have openings the 5th and 6th and I am tentatively having surgery on Oct 7th. I will be unavailable for an undetermined amount of recovery time.

We never mind giving a personalized quote but we realize there is a bit of frustration at times waiting on a response. Attached are the verbiage we use, prices for services, travel fees, and our cancellation policy. Please feel free to reach out for any other info. These prices are effective as of December 1st, 2020. We are in our 6th year of business and have only modified prices once during that time. After evaluating the current market we were severely underpriced especially considering that we offer the convenience of coming to you so you don't have to leave your pet at the groomer for hours on end, you don't have to get fur all over your car, and you and your pets can remain in the comfort of your home. These are great reasons to consider us. These prices are still under market! ❤

Before you cancel on a small business keep in mind...
Often, especially with the difficulty scheduling and keeping appts due to covid, you may be the only customer scheduled that day. We know how long we need for the service you are requesting so we block the amount of time necessary just for you. When you cancel (even if its just a $10 nail trim) you are taking income away that we are counting on to put towards an electricity bill, a tank of gas, or a quick run to the grocery store for some essentials. On a larger scale you take away something more precious than that.. our time. The time another customer was previously told "I'm sorry we are already booked for that day", which may or may not have caused them to go with another business because their need was urgent.

Often times small businesses implement a cancelation policy although we hate to actually enforce it and try to be understanding it doesn't change the fact that we may have been counting on your appt to "make it" that week.

Cancelations hurt. Please be mindful of this when scheduling and making the decision to cancel on a small business.

(This is not directed at anyone specifically, just something we have been dealing with more and more over the past several months. I finally decided to speak out in hopes that you would think about this before canceling on any small business)

Our business is on the verge of being the latest covid casualty. Between 2020 in general and having a preemie in the mix of things in May, I'm hanging on by a thread. We have been working the business by contacting customers and even using new platforms to try to build business back up. If you know of anyone that is looking for a mobile groomer to pamper their pets or someone that needs dog boarding or petsitting please send them our way asap! THANK YOU for your support!

Hi! We are opening our schedule up for a few nail/a**l gland and possibly bath appts (depending on circumstance - weight and accessibility to bathe if over 10 lbs) for this coming Tuesday and Thursday. We will offer 5-10 appts based on location and services needed. Right now we are specifically focusing on the Plano, Richardson, Garland, Sachse, Wylie, Lavon, Rockwall, and Forney areas for both of these days.

We are hoping to open a few grooming appts starting in June. Please be mindful of our time as we will be of yours. These appt slots will be no longer than 3 hours each day that we are open. 💜

Hi everyone! Quick update: my little one decided to join us a little over 6 weeks early. She is currently in the NICU trying to get her body mature enough to go home and maintain her temp, weight, blood sugar, and feedings. We are still currently closed and do not have a projected date to open back up as of now. We will keep you informed via this page when we make that determination.
