Microchipping your pet is only the first step—don’t forget to:

Register the chip with a pet recovery database (e.g., HomeAgain, PetLink).
Update your contact info if you move or change numbers.
Outdated info makes it harder to reunite with your pet if they’re lost. Verify your registration and keep it current.

If you are unsure if your pet is microchipped or registered, please feel free to give us a call or stop by to have your pet scanned.

Meet Kaya, our most recent parvo survivor!! Ms Kaya weighed a mere 2.2 lbs prior to her diagnosis. After 4 days of hospitalization, she made a remarkable recovery!! Today at her recheck appointment, she has gained 1 lb, bringing this little firecracker up to 3.2 lbs. We are so glad to know she is doing well and we look forward to watching her grow up ❤️❤️

⚠️ Heat Advisory in Forney: Heat Stroke Warning for Pets ⚠️

If they must be outside, ensure they have access to shaded areas and walk them on grass instead of hot pavements, which can burn their paws. Never leave pets in cars—even with windows cracked, temperatures can quickly become lethal.

Watch out for signs of heat stroke, including excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, and collapse. If you notice any of these symptoms, move your pet to a cool area immediately and contact your vet.
