Hey Everyone,

With recent changes made by our state government to extend mandates related to Covid-19 we have been given no choice but to adjust our business protocols yet again. We are so appreciative of your patience with us during this bizarre time and we ask that you continue to be understanding so that we can continue to offer Veterinary services as long as possible. We are doing everything we can to provide a clean and safe environment and we need your help to keep our doors open.

Here is a list of the latest temporary protocols:
-Prepay over the phone for food and meds/prescriptions
-Let us know if you need to make other payment or pick up arrangements
-We have a cart out front with prepaid food and meds/prescriptions for people to pick up, we will bring the cart inside at 4pm each day
-No boarding or grooming at this time
-We will close 1-2p for lunch
-We will close at 5pm M-F instead of 5:30p.

PLEASE understand that this is not what we want, but what we have to do and as such PLEASE be patient with us. Thank you for your loyalty and your business! We love and appreciate our clients and their furbabies!! God Bless!

Idexx has tested thousands of dogs and cats, and all came up negative for the coronavirus strain that causes COVID-19.

Animals are unaware of what is going on in the world and are continuing to have their own health issues. As the days become longer we see a higher rate of sick patients and emergencies. Please CALL AHEAD if you have an emergency. 📞🚨 While we love having well-visits, we also specialize in diagnostics and surgery and it is extremely important for us to continue to do so. Please help us by doing your part!

We ask you to remain IN YOUR VEHICLE and wait for your appointment, pay over the phone, have products brought out to your vehicle. If you are elderly and need products delivered to your home we are happy to accommodate you. Please CALL us to arrange and/or TO CHECK-IN!!! 🚗📞💳💊

We are constantly cleaning and sanitizing our practice as usual, and we ask that you PLEASE do your part and 👏🏼 wash/sanitize 👏🏼 your 👏🏼 hands 👏🏼 and surroundings. 🧼🧼🧼🧴🧴🧴We urge you to try to maintain the CDC’s guidelines of a 6’ distance between others and no more than 10 people in a gathering.

We ask that if you have any of the following symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with the following symptoms to please reschedule: fever, chills, cough, difficulty breathing, muscle or body aches, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. 🚫🤒😷🤢🤮💩😰
