Sin-a-Buns packed, one batch of bread is cooling, and the wheat is about to go into the oven. Our Friday Market business has been good this summer. Not sure what the next season holds for us....come see us today. We have a limited supply of goat milk soap and a variety of salves left as well as an amazing all natural tooth polish!

The house smells AMAZING! It has been many years since we made Bug Be Gone soap (eucalyptus, lemongrass, and citronella, with ground beauty berry leaves.) This time I processed the leaves in the Vitamix with the milk and it gives the whole bar a nice green color! We will have this at the Market on Friday with a "don't use before date in it" because it will need a few weeks to cure.

Finished clipping the girls, and since Booker has gone into rut early I decided to clip him. He is such a sweetie! I hate to sell him, but since we are keeping his daughters he needs to find a new harem. He is just barely a year old!! He is going to be BIG!!! He also makes beautiful babies!!

Clipping Ober babies never ceases to amaze me. Obviously it was darker when the second one was clipped, but to look at her you would think she is black, and she is the lighter of the two.

Finished these up this morning and half of them are already sold! Boo-boo salve is truly a labor of love! It is a 4 day process infusing the herbs into the oil, and then adding in healing and protective essential oils. It is truly a one jar fits all - bites, cuts, scrapes, burns, bruises. It has ingredients that are anti-viral and antibacterial, anti-itch, and anti-inflammatory. The healing properties of the herbs and oils combined are pretty amazing!
I already took a jar down to the barn!

I have a friend who is selling her Oberhasli herd due to her health. She has a milker, giving a gallon a day being milked only once, a dry yearling ready to breed, and a doe and buck kid from this year priced to sell. Disease free closed herd (recently tested). PM me for pictures.

How is it that our summer break is almost over?! We have only made it to the Friday market once. 😳 We have lots of soap available though...and a few Ache Away body butters. This guy is for sale...udder pics from his full sister, one week fresh (and not full). He is not quite 2, polled, and would have been registerable as American Oberhasli until they changed the rules. $150. He is well built and comes from heavy milking lines. His dam gave 1.5 gallons per day as a 2nd freshener.

This little guy surprised us yesterday. He is available without papers as a bottle baby for $50....and he is POLLED! His dam has a beautiful udder and is super easy to milk. We also have a 2yo polled buck available for $150 without papers. His dam have 1.5 gallons as a second freshener.
