We have one stall open for someone looking to board at a small quiet farm.

Located in Fort Ann, NY, Skeeter Creek offers affordable 10x10 stalls, tack area and outdoor sanded arena. We provide grain and hay. Horses come in twice a day for grain, but will be turned back out if weather permits. We offer rotational pastures and small herds of no more than 5 horses, Ideally we like to have 2 herds of 4.

Leasing is a great option for the seasonal rider!

Skeeter Creek in Fort Ann, NY has several horses available for full or partial on farm leases. All horses are proven, solid trail horses. The "been there, done that type" that know when they need to be calm for the beginner but is also willing to spice things up for a more advanced rider. All horses are very versatile. From western pleasure, to Jumping, from Gymkhanas/gaming to trail riding, they have done it all. A couple have even been started on cows and ranch work.

Skeeter Creek is a small family farm that offers a 5 stall barn for storage and grooming, an outdoor sanded arena, round pen, and access to miles of trails (primarily the parameter of farm fields). Leasers have the ability to take horses off farm for events if they wish. Lease includes access to the horse they choose, all farrier/vet care for the horse, any boarding expense, grooming equipment, and use of tack in needed. Lessons available for an additional cost.

The arena is drying up! We will be opening back up for riding lessons (weather dependent) on weekends, we can potentially squeeze one on weekdays at 5pm as well! Let's take advantage of this, seemingly, early spring! PM for scheduling.

This kid's got some bone!!! The first foal by WHOS JAC D UP! If this is representative on what this Jr. Stallion will produce....WOWZA! We will be opening him up to a few outside mares this year. PM for more info!

Looking to down size the rabbit population before winter. These two boys are available. They are 5 months old. Rex cross. I also have a few females I would let go (group picture). They live outside, have been handled, but not regularly. They are friendly and curious.

Fort Ann, NY - Lessons, Leasing & Boarding Available

The hot, humid, insect infested days of summer are on their way out and are being replaced by the cool, bright, colorful days of fall. This is the PERFECT time to ride!

We have partial leases available on two very trail broke horses. Meander the fields around the property, or play around in the arena. This is a great option for getting your horse fix without the full expenses of ownership.

Some college age students have left to get smarter which leaves me with some openings for lessons. New to horses or a seasoned rider, we can customize a program for you. Slots are open on weekends and weekday evenings (after 5 and only till the time changes).

We also have two stall board positions open. Board includes hay, grain, and turnout in small herds.

We are a small family farm located in a peaceful valley. Message for additional information or to set up a farm visit!

Pastures are rotated throughout the summer to ensure good grazing throughout the growing season. We have an outdoor arena with solar light to extend the riding as the time changes. We run two seperate herds of 3 horses each, and would like to make it 4 and 4, pastures are rotated throughout the summer to ensure good grazing throughout the growing season. We have an outdoor arena with solar light to extend the riding as the time changes. We do have a small lesson program, but not the type that monopolizes the arena and I would never say a boarder can't use the arena while a lesson is going on.
