Well-known, proven working lines from Boyd's Ranch in Texas. Many HOF and WTCH behind him, including Certik-Bertik. Excellent work ethic. Tex will give himself a job if you don't give him one.

Both dam and sire are excellent with our kids! They have great 'say it once' recall and are eager to learn. They have great off switches and are trained to have low energy in the house. Love to ride with us on the atv, tractor, trailer, and trips to town. They work alongside us daily on the farm, working with varying ages of horses, pigs, goats, poultry, barn cats, house cats, etc. They move goats as needed, put poultry away, watch gates, deter small predators, etc.

These will be level-headed, versatile prospects that should excel at hiking, travel companions, running partners, homestead/farm work, cattle dogs, herding, trial/agility, etc. Future homes will need to dedicate time in training, obedience, and socialization, especially for the first year.

Pheonix Pharm Arya 1*M (p) EVEE90 is our GCH WOOD BRIDGE FARM SPELLING BEE 2*M 91VEEE granddaughter. Arya is just a stunning doe in person, great production, and to top it off, she has the sweetest personality. She has won 3 x Grand Champion Senior Doe,3 x Best of Breed, 6 x Reserve Champion Senior Doe, 1 x Reserve Champion Junior Doe. She needs 1 more GC win/leg to become a finished Champion. Hopefully, this will be her year as a 6yr old aged doe!

Heartfelt Hollow Gumdrop 2*M (p) is an eye-catching nicely put together, uphill doe. She made the cut (21st) at Nationals in a huge class of yearling milkers! One of my daughter Lily's proudest show memories from last year! She was 3x Reserve Champion Jr Doe, and 1x Reserve Champion Sr doe, placing high in all of her classes. We are really looking forward to seeing her as a 2yr 2nd freshener!

Heartfelt Hollow Farm 2025 Poultry Update

We have been receiving a lot of messages and requests for hatching eggs, chicks, pullets, hens, etc. Here is a quick update for our flocks. I drastically reduced our flocks after my accident 16 months ago to cut back on the workload. We will have limited availability this year.

Eggs, chicks, growouts etc. will be posted on the page as they become available. I don't keep a waiting list.

🦆Welsh Harlequins: Flock is currently split into breeding pens, will start incubating eggs by March. Will have Ducklings and hatching eggs available Late Spring, Early Summer.

🪿Sebastopols: We have 2 males from last year available, they get along well with each other. **Message for more info!** We may have a few goslings available late Spring, but will not be offering hatching eggs.

🐓Black Copper Marans: Breeding pens are sorted, and I have started incubating. Pullets and growouts will be available at the end of April, and chicks will be available starting in May.

🐓Olive Eggers: I'm working on some exciting backcrosses! Will post more info in late spring.

🐓BBS Ameraucana: Nothing will be available for 2025.

🐓Welsummers: I lost all my young replacement cockerals to a fox this fall, a huge setback and years of selective breeding lost. I won't be hatching or selling hatching eggs this year unless I figure out a replacement. I'm iffy on bringing in adult stock due to biosecurity, so our breeding plans may be on hold this year.

🦃Blue Slate Turkeys: Starting to lay more consistently, and we've hatched a few poults. Will post on the FB page with availability.

🐔BBS Silkies: Mason, Lily, and Rosalie have hatching eggs available, they will be posted on the page soon. Chicks and growouts will be available late Spring.

We have the whelping box assembled, belly clipped, and supplies stocked! Puppies are lively and active via ultrasound scans. Lakota must be excited too because she grins ear to ear when you ask her, 'Where's your babies?' 🥹🫶🥰

We had a few people ask about wethers, here they are! Nicely built and a few are super flashy, these boys are going to be huge! Will make great pack animals, pets, brush goats, market wethers, etc.

5 Lamancha x Nubian Buck kids and possibly a 5 weeks old Nubian. All of them are trained to drink off the lambar and are nibbling on hay and grain!

Sadly, Lily's Lamancha, E.B Farms EP Ponie, aborted her babies on day 132. Lily was understandably sad and disappointed that her lamancha babies passed away and that she wouldn't be able to show or milk Ponie this year. She was also sad that she wouldn't have any kids by her lamancha buck this year.

Last night, GCH Heartfelt Hollow Calypso 2*M went into labor. I untangled the first buck kid, flashy, but the cord was wrapped around his neck, and he was dead. The next 2 big buck kids were delivered, and we worked to get them cleaned off. I figured she was done since the bucks were all big boys. I checked one more time and fished out a little doe kid tucked way back in.

Needless to say, Lily was very happy this morning when she woke up to snuggle her new baby. An adorable little doe kid with the tiniest elf ears. 💕 🥹

This was not my planned breeding, but I will be excited to see how these kids turn out either way. Lily is personally wishing for a nicely built doe kid by her lamancha buck to show as an experimental kid this summer. I hope her wish comes true! 🌠

If Calypso was bred by Legal Tender, the kids will be line bred on Ol' River Mill Athena. I wouldn't mind that cross either, as Athena is a correct, well built, productive doe with good longevity and parasite resistance. I have 4 of Athena's daughters in our herd, and she continues to produce consistent kids!

DKGH Rock It Rubix (2xGCH) is due Feb 10, bred to CH *B Hoanbu BMR Kaptivation, with plans to induce this weekend!

If everything goes according to plan, these will be some exciting kids! ❤️ They should compliment each other well, and I'm hoping for correct, large frame, fast growing, smoothly blended kids! 🤞

Rubix was almost dried off when she arrived last summer, and we were able to bring her back into milk and out to a few shows. She picked up 2 legs in 2 weeks. Grand Champion at Laurel Highlands. Grand Champion, Best of Breed, and Best Udder at Montgomery County Fair.

Once these kids make their debut, she will be back on my milker ration. I will be excited to see what her production looks like since she wasn't producing to her full potential last fall!

Eeeek! 30 days until our Lakota x Tex litter arrives! I think I see 5+ puppies! 🤗

The first round of babies are 1 week old! We changed up the 'nursery' in the living room this year by lining the walls and floor with thick a single piece of plastic sheeting. We have a piece of vinyl on the floor of their pen, topped with extra fine shavings and pelleted bedding. Babies are bulking up and getting some spring in their step! 😍 We heat our house with a woodstove, and this corner of the house naturally stays cooler (45-60⁰) through the winter.

This doe kid is soooo sweet! 🥹 She is still looking for a new barn! 🥰

It's been quite a day! 🥰 Mabel went into labor this morning, and we just delivered her last puppy! She stalled for about 6 hours after the first, and it was nice to be able to check the next puppy and confirm it was still alive and sac intact. Since Mabel is much more willing to lie still than the goats are I took the opportunity to work with the ultrasound machine between delivering puppies. We could see different parts, puppy positions, watch heart rates, etc. The last puppy's heart rate was really slow, so it was nice to have a heads up knowing he could be weak and needed an extra hand. Towards the end, we checked to see whether there was another puppy or not, and finally, to confirm all the puppies were delivered. I didn't intend to use the machine for this, but it was a game changer! If you are looking into one, I recommend Raina Gover (Wine Valley Farm). Here is a video (it's better in person lol!) Don't mind the goats screaming, the does are in heat. and I keep the camera monitor in the kitchen 😂

The juniors love their free time out on pasture in the evenings! 🥰 Our selection of Nubian doe kids is pretty small this year! These 6 girls will most likely be sticking around until summer/fall or at least until show season is underway. 1 Senior Doe Kid 5 Intermediate Doe Kids (Plus Lily's black Junior Lamancha doe kid and the Junior Nubian Buck Kid, they were all out since they are penned together) Introductions to come (adding clipping & photos to my to do list!)
