Improving the health of animals, people, and the planet has been central to our land-grant mission since 1883, when the first veterinary classes began at Colorado Agricultural College.

Our faculty of instructors are committed to improved patient outcomes and teaching. They are leaders in the field, with a passion for imparting knowledge and igniting curiosity.

Our program works in partnership with CSU’s Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
program, recently named the number #2 DVM program in the country.

And can we talk facilities? Our 3,750-square-foot teaching lab features 12 stations, each with its own endoscopic tower to facilitate minimally invasive surgery techniques. High definition 4K monitors facilitate crystal clear observation and playback.

Then there’s our 4,500-square-foot standing lab. For equine and other large animal veterinarians, this space offers plenty of room for physical and diagnostic exams.
