It is with very heavy hearts that this weekend we said goodbye to an amazing doctor and even better person. Dr. Tate passed away on Saturday and his loss leaves a major void in our team and community. Dr. Tate had been a part of Chappelles for 26 years; the ideas and medical advancements he brought to the table were innumerable. He was a solid and consistent person who had a knack for calming even the most fearful and stressed patients; he was no stranger to sitting on the floor using his secret Ziploc of special treats to gain their trust. We will miss you from the bottom of our hearts, Dr. Tate, and we send our condolences to his family.
