Another day another horse for lease post :)
We have just a few more horses we are working to secure leases for. Our facility is located in Fort Collins, Colorado about ten minutes from old town.
We have a blossoming lesson program, school at area venues frequently, and have our own cross country field starter through training.

Finn is a well built 14.1 hand pony. He is a lovely mover and a blast to jump. He is happy to plop around to smaller fences or to rev up to 2’9-3’0.
He is well suited to an adult 5’5 or shorter. He is super safe and always a lesson favorite. We are seeking a half lease for him although a full lease would be considered for the right person.
We are still looking for the right situation for Lincoln a 17.1 Holsteiner gelding. He is lovely and soft on the flat and point and shoot to fences.

We have three horses that we are looking for a 1/2 or full lease on site at Sunrise Equine in Fort Collins. Our facility has a large outdoor with a show jumping course, a full cross country course from starter to training, and two dressage courts. Our group frequently goes on outings to cross country school and competed at Area IX events.
Roo: a fabulous 16.1 hand mare. Roo is the most genuine and kind mare. She takes great care of all of her riders, has absolutely no stop in her, and is an amazing horse that will boost anyone’s confidence. Available for 1/2 or full lease.
Finn: a thickly built large pony. Finn is flashy, fabulous, and athletic. He is excellent on the flat, super fun to jump, and loves to snuggle. Available for 1/2 or full lease. Video below!
Lincoln: Tall, grey, and handsome. Lincoln is a 17 hand gelding that is both elegant and light. He is very straightforward on the flat and point and shoot to fences. He is great for a rider that wants to increase their technical skills both on the flat and over fences.

Truman is a nine year old thoroughbred race horse who was on the track until February of this year 🤯 He has been a lovely addition to the barn and after a sufficient let down period has been doing great in his training. Here he is jumping for the first time since July, and really learning where his feet are. 😍

We have a few horses that are currently available for lease! All leases would be onsite at our farm in Fort Collins, Colorado. The facility has a spacious outdoor with a full set of show jumps, a cross country field with poles through training, and two dressage rings. Our trainer on-site teaches lessons every day of the week except Sunday both on the flat and over fences.
Roo: 16.2 hand thoroughbred mare that is absolutely worth her weight in gold. Roo is an incredibly safe and fun ride, packing amateurs and kids around 3’ courses with ease. No stop, very adjustable, and a very cool ride. Is currently available for a half lease with the potential for a full lease to the right person.
Finn: 13 hand pony with a great personality and movement. Finn has experienced through the novice level of eventing and is a very fun ride. He is best suited for a smaller adult or kid due to his size. He has excellent movements on the flag and a great jump. He is available for half or full lease at this time.
Cue: 16.0 appendix gelding with the sweetest personality. Cuddly and kind on the ground, loves to be groomed. Will jump the moon for you, and has a canter to drool over. Is being shown for sale on Monday, but entertaining half or full leases at this time as well.
COMING SOON: Lincoln, a 17 hand gorgeous grey Holsteiner. Lincoln is one of our farm owners personal horses, and is A GEM to ride. He has incredibly floaty movements, is advanced on the flat, and steps over fences with ease. Available for a half lease at this time.
