Gentle Persuasions training is proud to offer comprehensive training for dogs ranging from family dogs to working service dogs. Our dog training focuses on making the most out of the family dog with obedience training, agility training, therapy and service dog training. In addition, we also solve common behavioral problems such as aggression, separation anxiety, unruliness, and fearfulness.

Don’t forget to sign up for our Trick Dog class this coming Saturday! Open to all Level 1 graduates. At the end of the 5 week class the dogs will test for AKC Trick Dog Titles!

We are working on organizing a Trick Dog class! This class would not only provide a chance for a title for your dog, it would also be a great introduction to basic service dog tasks for service dogs in training.

Don’t forget to sign up for our upcoming CGC level 1 class! Starting this Thursday at 6pm.

During this class dogs will learn many of their basic commands such as walking on a loose leash, heeling, sit stays, down stays, recall, waiting at doors, and basic manners such as not jumping or mouthing. Then on the last class we test for their CGC title!
