! Please share this amazing microchip story. Meet Frankie. When his owner was traveling from Wisconsin back home to Arizona, Frankie bolted from the car at a rest stop in Nebraska. The owners searched for him for hours but had to get back home to Arizona. Five days later, a nice couple picked him up in Nebraska at the same rest stop! They were on their way to Colorado and brought him to The Pet Wellness Clinic, LLC for a check up, thinking he had been abandoned. But luckily Frankie had a microchip and the clinic was able to contact his owner. Relieved he had been found, mom took a flight immediately from Arizona to Colorado to pick Frankie up the next day. Our hotel kept Frankie as a guest for the night. When mom picked him up, the reunion just melted our hearts!
This is the reason everyone should get their pets microchipped! Certain brands of microchips transmit your pet's temperature to the scanner when they are read. This is very convenient at veterinary clinics if you'd like to avoid re**al temperatures!😁
