We are doing a Holiday Food Drive with JRG to stock our pantries!

We have picked up and rehabbed several emaciated dogs throughout the years and it's important to us to make resources available to people when we're able to and we're asking for your help!

Please donate a bag (or two) or dog/cat food to help us help our community! You can drop them off at our location during the day, 2502 170th street, or at JRG Supply in Fort Dodge, 1357 3rd Ave NW.

If your business or social group would like to donate, we would be happy to pick up and blast that information as well!

Thank you all in advance for hopefully making the holiday season a little easier for everyone.

Hey everyone! We are helping Pups & Paws Pound raise money to help with their vet bill. As well as helping Moffitt Animal Shelter as they have stepped up and helped Pups & Paws with some of the harder animal cases that have been brought in. First we will be posting the shirts they have for sale. Once these are gone, we will be ordering more. So if you don’t see one in the size you need, let us know and we will make sure it’s on our next order. Each shirt is $15. Comment or message us to purchase a shirt!

Hey everyone! We are going to start sending reminders for your pups the day before their appointment. We have had quite a bit of no shows lately, and unfortunately most of time it’s too late to fill the spot. With that being said, if you no show, an invoice for the full amount of the groom cost will be sent to you, that must be paid before your next appointment.

Since we are closed on Wednesdays and the weekends, reminders for Monday appointments will be sent on Friday and reminders for Thursday appointments will be sent on Tuesday.

Just a reminder for an 8:00 appointment you can drop off anytime between 7:45-8:00. For a 1:00 appointment you can drop off between 12:45-1:00.

We were able to get in three pups that were adopted from the pound within the last year, today! It is so exciting to see how much they have changed from when they were brought into the pound as a stray. Words cannot express how grateful I am for these wonderful people that have adopted these wonderful pups! You definitely can tell how loved and spoiled they are now! 💕💕

We can’t wait to be a part of this market!! We will be selling our handmade collars and leashes! My little sister will also be joining, selling her beaded keychains and wristlets! See you tomorrow!

The big day is tomorrow!! As a reminder ALL 3 streets around the park will be blocked off, parking will be available at the school/museum lot located at 515 School St. We will have a golf cart hauling folks to and from the park so of you need a ride hang tight and someone will be there to get you picked up! Can't wait to see you all tomorrow 💓

We are going to be opening our books for next years appointments! Everyone seems to like booking in advance, so we are going to continue doing so! Every client that booked in advance for this year, will get priority. If something has changed in your schedule or know of any plans/vacations you may have, please let us know and we will try our best to schedule around it!

🛁Treat your furry friend to a refreshing spaw day. Our talented team of volunteers will be providing top-notch pampering services including a luxurious bubble bath and a nail trim for your beloved pooch.

🐶No appointment is necessary! Just drop your adorable companions (with vaccine records) off and we'll take care of the rest!

💲 Attached is our pricing for this event!

🐾 Every single dollar you donate will make a significant difference in the lives of homeless dogs and cats. All proceeds from this event will be directly contributed to Pups & Paws Pound.

💵 This will be a cash only event, so we can directly hand the proceeds to Pups & Paws Pound.

🎉 Not only will you be treating your furry friend to a day of pampering just in time for the holidays, but you'll also be supporting a worthy cause. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of these precious animals. 🐈💕🐕

🎟️ Goodie basket up for grabs! Every pup you bring in, puts your name in the basket! As well as every $5 spent on retail during this event and the Otho market on Sunday the 22nd! Drawing will be done right after the event on Saturday the 29th!

🐶 A little about Pups & Paws Pound and why they are in dire need.

Pups & Paws took in a huge hoard case and they are struggling. In total they have 30 animals in their care. Way more than they ever have had. All of these animals, strays and from the hoard, are all in need of vet care (vaccinated and spayed/neutered) before they can be adopted out. Meaning a HUGE vet bill. Depending on the animal and male/female, it ranges from $100-$300 PER ANIMAL. On top of that, these animals will stay in the pounds care until adopted out or a shelter is found, which could take months as all shelters are full..

Pups & Paws Pound recently took in A LOT of dogs that all need vet care. In order for these pups to find new homes or shelter placement, they are required to have rabies and distemper vaccines, and spayed/neutered (if going to a home). This ranges from $100-$300 depending on cat/dog and male/female. This doesn’t count the vet care they need due to the conditions they are in.

With that being said, until the end of September, ALL proceeds from purchasing our handmade collars and leashes will be going to them to help! Cash only so we can directly hand it to them!

If you are wanting a matching set and don’t see the matching leash/collar, or see one you like in the wrong size, please let me know! If we have the fabric to make it, we will!
