‼️Effective immediately‼️
No call, no shows and a notice of cancellation that is made less than 24 hours prior to next grooming appointment will result in a 75% fee of the original full groom price per dog. Please keep this in mind as I am typically booked out 6-8 weeks and your next grooming appointment will be booked at my soonest availability if missed.
If more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, there will be a $5 late fee per dog. If more than 20 minutes late, your dog will not be accepted and will be considered a no call, no show and will be charged a 75% fee of the original full groom price. Dogs that are brought in earlier than 15 minutes of their grooming appointment will not be accepted.
If your female dog is in heat, there will be an additional $20 charge.
Confirmations texts/calls are a courtesy of MadDawg’s but are not always promised. If the appointment is made by a person, it is that persons responsibility to keep track of said appointment.
MadDawg’s is not licensed to be a doggy daycare. Appointments are made for a specific time and day according to MadDawg’s schedule and available kennel spaces. We do our best to let people know the duration of the grooming appointments at drop off and send out a 20 minute text before your dog is finished. This gives you the ample amount of time to pick up your dog within a reasonable time. If your dog is not picked up within an hour of that 20 minute text or a text stating they are done, there will be a $10 fee per dog for every hour following.
If you agree on an earlier or later time that is made from your original appointment, you are forfeiting your original time once agreed upon and all of the above and below will apply to new time.
Please schedule your appointment for your timing and needs. If I am told just a maintenance trim, I’m going to book you for a maintenance only. If you show up to your appointment and want a full groom done, unfortunately it won’t happen because I only booked enough time for just a maintenance.
Also, please remember that we have dryers running, dogs barking, and people in and out of the salon all day! This makes it nearly impossible to answer the phone and talk. Text message is best to get a hold of us. We will see that before a call. If a voicemail is not left, chances are you will not receive a call back as our phone marks calls as spam and we do not get to see your number (I don’t know why! And I

In order to provide a home-feel based grooming salon, these policies have to go into effect immediately. MadDawg’s is a one on one salon, I am only one human and can only do so much! I try my hardest to work with my clients. With that being said, you are all only human too! Stuff comes up and things happen! Just talk to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs as well as ours!
