‼️Hello everyone, please read this message as it’s very important‼️Other shops have made these posts as well so as a community we are all seeing a serious increase in dogs having fleas, whether it’s 1-2 or completely infested. Please make sure all your pets including cats are treated with a flea/tick prevention such as a nexgard chew(personally our favorite) or the seresto collar. Unfortunately it has come to the point where if at anytime during your pets groom we see a flea we are going to stop and ask that you come pick up your dog. 99% of the time we see them in the early stages of a bath so your pup will most likely get a flea bath and be sent home damp. If you know before your appointment that your dog has fleas please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Along with the preventives listed above, for some cases using Capstar, a 24 hours flea killing chew, may be in your best interest as well. If you’re not sure if your dog has fleas but might please give them a Capstar the day before just incase!
We do our best to clean, sanitize, disinfectant the whole 9 daily and in between each appointment. Even using flea foggers as needed when we are closed, now we need all parents to continue the prevention at home!
