As a Whitetail Mechanic, I have 12 years experience in the taxidermy industry. Part of my training is self taught, with plenty of hands on lessons and seminar time through our Michigan State Taxidermy Association. I have competed in the professional division in four different years, and had my work critiqued by some of the best judges in the nation. I have four years as an apprentice under master

taxidermist, world renown, Dennis Harris of Artistry of Wildlife. I specialize in the Whitetail deer, however, I have plenty of mammal experience in form altercation and mounting North American, African, and some exotics under the scrutiny of Dennis Harris. I will do an occasional Pheasant here and there, and also provide a tanning service. My deer mounts are tanned leather, and I use a high quality hide paste from nose to wall, and this will insure that your mount will last many years. Please look at what you will be getting before you settle on price alone, there are plenty of economy taxidermist around, untrained, cheap work out there that is just plain guess work.
