Happy Boss’s Day to our incredible leader, Monica Wesolowski! 💯
Monica isn’t just our Executive Director, she’s the driving force behind our growth and impact. Her journey with C.A.T. began in the most meaningful way. While working as an executive at the Sun Sentinel, Monica invited our dogs to comfort her team after a traumatic event. That experience left a lasting impression and a spark was lit.
A lifelong animal lover, Monica didn’t stop at gratitude. She rolled up her sleeves and volunteered with us. Fast forward a few years later, today, she leads our organization with the same compassion, innovation, and dedication that first brought her to C.A.T.
Under Monica’s leadership, we’ve grown in reach, impact, and heart. She supports our staff, uplifts our volunteers, and inspires our entire community. She’s conscientious, motivating, and always leads with love.
