1. Live arrival guarantee on all our shipments including amphibians. In the rare event of a DOA, you must contact us with a photograph or video of said animal within an hour of opening your shipment. If you're unhappy with your shipment for whatever reason you have an hour as well to notify us of any issue. In certain cases, we might have the animal shipped back to us. Buyer is responsible for shipping back. Credit will be given for a replacement toward another order or will replace if more of said species is in stock. Replacement shipping is covered by the buyer. There is NO CASH REFUNDS OR RETURNS. We are not responsible for delays by carriers (FedEx, UPS, Delta, or Southwest).
2. All non venomous shipments are shipped FedEx Express Priority Overnight to local hub, business, or residence or by UPS Next Day Air. We can also ship Delta Airlines or Southwest Airlines for non venomous shipments.
3. Venomous Reptile shipments are shipped Delta Air Cargo to your nearest airport. This is the only legal way. Do not ask us to ship any other way. Know your state and local laws as it's your responsibility.
4. International exports are shipped from Miami International Airport, Miami Florida. For most species, turn around time for CITES papers is 2-3 months but sometimes there is delays. You won’t get them anywhere else that quick! Orders are to be prepaid in full prior to starting paperwork. Live arrival guarantee on exports as well.
5. Payments accepted: Wire transfers, Zelle, Venmo, or invoice via Square. Cashiers checks or Postal money orders are accepted as well provided they're sent overnight with tracking number. If a payment plan is accepted and you fail to meet payment or balance deadline, you’ll forfeit deposit.
6. All sales are FINAL. If you cancel prior to shipping you forfeit 50% of the cost of order. This is for valuable time lost as well as for other customers who could of missed out on said items. Deposits on any animal are NON refundable. So make sure you've got permission prior from your wife, girlfriend, significant other, etc. Our time is valuable so please don't waste it. PLEASE NOTICE: Your order is a legally binding contract. By placing your order you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to our terms of sale. You also acknowledge and agree to pay all expenses including legal fees, court costs, and attorney fees paid by the seller when attempting to collect on a breech of these terms. We are not responsible for customers that ignore our terms of sale. All sales are final.
8. For species that are identical and have no degree of variance, there will be a general stock photo of what it represents. We don't have the time to take five different photos of the same looking species when there's care and maintenance to be done. Many of animals you see are general stock photos. Please inquire if you want to see additional ones.
9. You are responsible for the proper quarantine and set up of your animal. We will always be glad to help and assist if need be. We are not responsible for any issue (s) that could arise for failure to quarantine any new animal whether it's captive or wild.
10. All animals are outwardly healthy and problem free. We are not responsible for any unknown birth/congenital defects, viruses, bacteria, infections, etc that can lay dormant in an animal and can cause the animal to perish. Many of these can be asymptomatic and show zero signs of any malady. We are not responsible for any vet bills associated if you choose to take to animal to vet just for a “checkup”. We have our own Veterinary Dr. who handles all our medications and testing if ever needed.
11. You expressly acknowledge that you are solely responsible for properly researching and following the appropriate federal, state, and local laws which apply to your ownership of any animal(s) that you may purchase from us. Specifically, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any responsibility or liability in relation to fulfilling your responsibility to both research and adhere to the appropriate federal, state, and local laws which apply to your ownership of any animal(s) that you may purchase from us.
