WE CAN’T DO THIS WITHOUT YOU!

At this time of harvest and celebration, we at Beyond Nine have much to celebrate! We’re especially grateful for those who devote much of their time, talent, and treasure to this great cause. We rely solely on volunteers, but even though they make all the difference in our daily operations, our challenges are great. Chief among our needs is funding for veterinary care.

Vet visits are critical to relieving the suffering of countless cats and essential to readying them for adoption.

The cats just keep coming. Here in South Florida, we have kitten season year-round, and we are now confronted with a surging number of older cat surrender requests. Beyond Nine rarely says “no”. We are truly a no-kill rescue. We do not accept euthanasia as a solution to treatable medical conditions or as a means of population control for animals. As a result, some cats and kittens may need to spend long periods with us, and some may never be adopted.

Please, please make a commitment to help us keep our adoption center doors open. Please give now for the health and security of the cats and kittens in our care. Help us be able to say “yes” to you the next time you ask us for help.

This is Leo, he is one of the lucky ones. Leo has been adopted and will be heading up north to his forever home the 1st week of December. We are looking for a foster for this seeet boy until then. UPDATE….We are very sad to report one of our experienced fosters went to evaluate this cat. She unfortunately is not adoptable at this time. As one could imagine she is fearful and is not receptive to any kind of touch. We are trying to find someone experienced to work with her. This cat has never been around anyone but her deceased owner. She will need a lot of time and patience. I will update with any new information if she decides to be nice.She was loved and very well cared for by her owner, even was bottle fed so this behavior was not what we expected.

Coming soon. This beauty’s mom died & she’s currently living alone in her vacant home. She is being cared for daily but spends most of the time alone. Naturally she’s sad & misses her owner. She’s healthy, and DECLAWED , about 5 years old. We all know declawing is bad but it was already done. Please reach out if you would like to foster or adopt this beautiful lady. Dora is so sad & confused! The only family she’s ever known is leaving her behind to go back to Brazil. We are seeing this often and it breaks our hearts for these cats. Dora is 12 has lived with other cats & a small dog. If you can open your home to this sweet senior please contact [email protected]. We don’t have much time. Seniors like Dora don’t do well in a shelter setting. Please help.

Foster Help Needed! We just took in 4 kittens who are only 4 weeks old and sadly, the mama cat was nowhere to be found. They can eat kitty food yet as you can see, they're quite a mess!
