(All Breeds and Disciplines are warmly welcomed, as well as horses with behavior issues “problem horses”)

A). Monthly Training Package Stall/Pasture $1520.00 USD (Includes

Training, Fescue Hay and Stall Board with Pasture Turnout for one month)
(Same price for pasture only)

B). Lesson = $75 per hour

**Please note: Grain is not included in training package

Board/hay/grain is due the same day the horse arrives at our facility per month ( for example if your horse arrives on July 8th then board/hay/grain/training will be due again on August 8th). All training boarding etc cost are expected upon arrival at our facility. Hay (Fescue) $120.00 USD per month
Hay (Alfalfa/orchard) $20.00 USD per bale per month
Grain $26.00 USD per bag per month (Nutrena ProForce Fiber)

To all of our clients:: Horses are all okay and facility withstood the storm thanks to the good Lord above. Just a few trees down and a little fence repair so far. Thank you to Brianna for her hard work this morning and helping me with the horses and barn chores and of course to Chuck for getting the generator working so horses could have fresh water and we could all have coffee. 😜. It takes an army for sure. Prayers for everyone out there.

We are looking for a very dedicated, horse crazy, self motivated, very capable, and experienced barn manager to manage around 30 horses, 1-2 workers, feed, feeding etc at our very busy training and boarding facility in Fort Lawn SC.
MUST HAVES:
Horse experience (not I like horses or I rode when I was a child 😂 we need true long term horse experience. This is a training facility for horses that could have some behavioral issues so being comfortable with leading and caring for these animals is a must!),
Wound Care, willing to clean stalls and be a team player, organized, and have impeccable attention to detail!
