Very relaxed on her car ride. This sweet girl is still waiting for her new home. ❤️
Someone doesn’t want to go out in the cold. 😆 ❤️
The truth about raising small breed puppies is that it can be very very difficult. That’s why many are so expensive to purchase. The time and care we have to put into them is sometimes unfathomable to some, yet it’s just a way of life for us. Plus, the cost of keeping a vet available at all times can be staggering, but we still do it.
Sometimes when we’re weening puppies it doesn’t go very smoothly. These 2 pups struggled at first and mommy was wanting them weened, so she lost more and more milk by the day. In the meantime, we had to supplement them. One started to lose her hair from all of the stress and nutritional changes. You can see her bald spots in this video. So I decided to cut the rest of it off, hence the bobble head look. 😆 You can see she is still a happy healthy puppy. She just fought the process every step of the way. Her little sister was the smallest pup and has been supplemented a lot longer and didn’t lose hair.
In this video, both pups are having a blast exploring. They are currently done with the weening process and have both have gained a pound since then. As of this morning, one is 1.9 pounds and the other is 2.9 pounds. The only problem now is, they are VERY VERY SPOILED! Their favorite food is rotisserie chicken and they begrudgingly chew on their kibble while staring at me with sad eyes until I open the chicken. I’m in trouble with these 2! 😂
Someone was helping me with some paperwork today. ❤️
