I think this is what I totally need to do... starting with toxic relationships.
"No"vember is all about putting yourself first and saying no to anything that drains your energy or holds you back. This month, it’s time to stop the negative self-talk—no more being so hard on yourself. Embrace kindness toward yourself and focus on what truly makes you feel good and at ease.

It’s also the perfect time to release anything that’s no longer serving you. Say no to holding onto things that weigh you down—whether that’s overthinking, past grudges, toxic relationships, or habits that keep you feeling stuck. Use "No"vember to create space for what really matters: your happiness, well-being, and personal growth.
Make this month about choosing what feels right for you, finding joy in simplicity, and filling your life with what lifts you up. Protect your energy by saying no to distractions, no to unnecessary stress, and no to anything that doesn’t help you feel calm and centered.
