IN MEMORIAM:
In loving memory of Gadget the Wonder Cat, a cherished companion and steadfast friend for over 17 years.
Brought into my life as a 4-week old feral orphan by my love, Connie; Gadget brought immeasurable joy and comfort as a loyal, near-constant companion and corporate mascot for Geeks-r-Us, Inc. Standing by me through the highs and lows of life with a purr that could heal any heartache, Gadget's antics and gentle presence were a source of solace, particularly during turbulent times.
In his younger days he would commute to the office and spend his time either exploring the office building or claiming his window perch where he could look over downtown and watch the unfolding urban drama. After a hard day at the office he often liked to stop at The Indigo Room for a small bowl of beer. Weekends came to be reserved for a visit to Bennett's Fresh Roast.
The bond we formed over the years created a tapestry of memories that will forever be etched in the heart of not only myself, but the whole family.
As we say goodbye to this extraordinary feline friend, remember and celebrate the life and love shared, grateful for the enduring legacy of Gadget's unwavering friendship.
