💥 Nail Care! 💥 let's talk toes! When a dogs nails grow out it changes the pressure points that the dog is walking on from its paws to its nails. This causes a disfigurarion in the structure of the paw as the nails raise the toe beds as they walk- this causes discomfort and can lead to arthritis and other medical issues.
Now grinding vs clipping!
In this picture the longer nail has been clipped to the quick or the safe point before the nerve (the quick) starts.
The shorter 2 nails have been dremmeled in a purposeful way- to expose the nerve by sanding the nail down to a small barrier of nail before the quick. This is more controlled than clipping and overtime the nail as a whole will become shorter and more manageable.
Proper nail care is an important part of any groom! You can trust us with taking care of this essential task every groom, grinding the nails is not additional!**

These "puppy grooms" are to get your new pup accustomed to the process of grooming that they'll go through every few weeks for the rest of their lives! These introductory services include a bath and dry, nails and ears, and clipping of their face, feet and sanitary areas depending on what they allow!😊 This experience gets them used to the sounds, feelings, and routines of grooming and being away from their owners.
