Special Equestrians, Inc. introduces Tony, Aka Tony Pony for long, TP for short! He is an eager 5-year-old buckskin Welsh cross standing 10'1" with a history in the hunter ring. This very social guy is currently offered on free lease to SE by dear friend and supporter Courtney Cleary. Tony loves his time in the arena, sharing downtime with his best friend and pasture mate, Echo, and serving in both therapeutic grooming and riding classes. Tony's cool-dude energy resonates with some participants, making the pairings perfect. Tony has a knowing in his eyes and is always up for an adventure. This young, yet old in soul, herd member is the perfect addition! Special Equestrians, Inc. welcomes Ella to the herd! Ella is a 22-year-old Tennessee Walker Paint Horse with an extensive trail history. She was owned and loved by the Ferguson family. Delinda Ferguson and Ella enjoyed extreme trail riding in the Blue Ridge Mountains, crossed the Ocala Greenway trail bridge many times, rode countless equine trails throughout the East Coast, and enjoyed obstacle course work. Throughout it all, Ella kept Delinda safe. Delinda taught Ella many safety tricks along the trail, such as picking up dropped items, opening and closing gates, and finding safe passages. Delinda jokes that even when she wasn't making the best decisions, Ella was. Although Ella's history is not exactly considered a Cinderella story, she is often covered in what resembles cinder ash when she comes in from the pasture, and Ella is as kind and courageous as the storybook character we all admire. The Ferguson's have donated Ella to our program after allowing us 30 days to trial her suitability. After spending just a short time with her, we realized Ella has an exceptional healing quality and puts everyone at ease. She has a twinkle in her eye that draws you in, and her heart beats with therapeutic energy that can't help but uplift your spirit. Welcoming Ella to SE reminds us that "Where there is kindness, there is goodness, and where there is goodness, there is magic!” May Ella Make Miracles Happen for many years to come! ✨👸🙏🏼

Special Equestrians, Inc. is happy to share that Rainy and Canvas have safely arrived at their semiretirement home at Eirene Ranch. Both horses are getting a warm welcome as their community introduces them to volunteers, board members, and members of the herd. We are excited to stay in touch with our new friends in support of our missions as we advocate for our communities. ✨🐴💗

Special Equestrians, Inc. appreciates the way Summit Joint & Mobility Sublingual and Muscle Relief Gel for Horses keeps our herd of therapeutic horses happy! We strongly believe in listening to our equine partners and fostering a genuine partnership with our horses so they understand the work while enjoying every moment of it.
