Visit the shelter to meet the adoptable pets & to fill out an adoption application if you are interested in adopting a shelter pet. When arriving at the shelter please call before entering the facility.

In desperate need of dog and cat food

Well after 17 years I may have to close mine and heather Gahr’s rescue as you know we purchased our house we are living in after heather’s Paw paw passed. About 2 months ago a guy knocked my door and stated that he had purchased our deed to the house at a tax auction for a tax bill from 2016 that I had no knowledge of. He stated to me he didn’t want the house. Just wanted us to pay him what he paid. He sent a certified letter but it had no amount on I called him and he stated the amount was $5000 we needed to pay him. I was unemployed. So I got another handwritten not the other day saying we need to pay $6500 or he would send the sheriffs to my house to toss all my stuff on the curb. So now we have to raise $6500 in 15 days or else. If anyone wants to donate to save our house or rescue you can donate by PayPal. [email protected]
