My name is Lily and i'm the breeder behind Magnolia & Fig Rattery.
I am a small home based Pet rat breeder.My goal is to breed Healthy , pet quality rats this includes longevity and Good temperaments. Please understand rats are animals and my lines aren't perfect!

-We do not sell feeders
-our lines aren't AFRMA show quality
-I only sell to approved breeders
-you are required to read my Policies before sending an application in.

We do require a non-refundable deposit to reserve/hold a spot on our waitlist ( 15 per rat ) . We also require everyone to complete our application. Breeder application is also linked below.

We do ask that you communicate with us. If you leave me on read I will never do business with you as I do find this disrespectful. I spend a lot of time looking for good homes. If you cannot pay the price or do not want them just tell me.

I am a closed rattery which means for the health and well-being of my animals and I, I do not allow people into my house/rattery. I do not allow people to come and handle babies either.
