This just in:

No sale or change of HHS ownership occurs/will occur UNLESS:

1. The would be new owner agrees to a land owner deed restriction that the cemetery remains and access to it in perpetuity to care for it, preserve it, visit it and pay respects to the loved ones buried there is legally in place. —-no cover up or overlay of the facility—ever.

2. An undeclared minimum sale amount must be achieved and if bidding does not go upward to the undisclosed minimum figure then no sale /change of. owner occurs.

Remember , we have a banker /loan on the property at Bancorpsouth and any modification to what is sold, split off, or retained is their call. Presently, a huge sum is owed to them. They are watching this entire proceeding very closely and the property sale has a really good chance to pay off the bank, preserve the cemetery in perpetuity and bring about positive solution for all concerned.
