It is always rewarding when training and rehab go hand in hand! The gentleman who owns this mare rescued her and two others from extreme neglect. All three mares were skin and bones when he purchased them and they were barely halter broke. None of them had ever had dental or farrier work done.

In the last 60 days, everyone has gained a significant amount of weight and have started to become trusting and friendly! All three are able to have their legs and hooves handled now, are leading quietly and respectfully, have realized they love a good bath, and Habeeba(pictured below), is now being started under saddle!

I love getting to live my dream every single day and I love getting to work with people who are as passionate about these animals as I am!

I have one two spots opening up at the beginning of January and now filling spots for February!

Currently accepting c**ts ready to be started, tune ups, further training, show horses, and problem horses(examination required before drop off to assess issues).

I believe in putting an honest handle and a soft mouth on every horse that comes through. All of my horses are soft, supple, willing, and confident. I have a background in reining and stock horse, and use the methods of trainers such as Buck Brannaman and Ray Hunt.

Facilities include an indoor and outdoor arena, round pen, wash rack with hot water, and cattle on site. Pasture include round bale access, quality pasture, and grain.Stall includes hay and grain twice a day, shavings, and blanketing if desired.

Training includes daily riding and covers all the ground work for the ones that need it. Exposure to outdoor riding, cattle, trail riding, a “spooky” obstacle course, and general trail obstacles(bridge, ground poles, etc.).

I can pick up horses upon request and for an additional fee to cover fuel.
