THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Ladies and Gentlemen, this weekend was amazing and it was all thanks to each of you!! I'm so stoked for everyone who got to take one of our babies home and I'm proud of those who got to hold their first tarantula! Congratulations to all of you!! Today we were shown this screenshot of Northwest Zoological that has decided not only to hybridize tarantulas, but they're flaunting that they're doing this. We here at NTTB are completely appalled that this company has chosen to mix species and are excited about it. This is a taboo and is unacceptable in the tarantula hobby. It is not something we can't ever agree with and is deplorable. We have had arguments with people about how harmful and consequential this is to the hobby and we wanted to make sure that our fan-base knows that we will never support those who hybridize species of tarantulas. We produce and will always have captive bred and accurate species, we will always support the Tarantula Sustainment Project and will never work with companies or "breeders" who engage in actions such as NW Zoological. Again, we want to express that this post was made in a direct remark about how we felt about hybridization of species. Thank you to everyone that supports us and we will always continue to provide CAPTIVE BRED and TRUE specimens of each species.
