I had a couple of hours off before this evenings classes, Winter was begging to go and play outside. She ran and frolicked all over the backyard so as much as we love the cold, we hit my favorite trail! It was perfect! Birds everywhere! Winter actually flushed out a flock of cardinals! These pics are about all her check ins. She hits about 30 feet and turns and checks in or comes back to me. She is getting much better at disconnecting from the environment and knowing where I'm at! She is so fun to work!

Thank you to all that were patient and were gracious with all the rescheduling during my mom's heart surgery and recovery. Your thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. Classes and private lessons are back up and running again. I am booking for December and January. I will be offering puppy classes the first and second week of January for those Christmas puppies!

Congratulations to Lynn and Jessie! Jessie has been training with Taming the Wild Side since she was a small puppy! She and Lynn passed their Therapy Dog evaluation yesterday! They are a fantastic team!! I am so excited for them and all the people they will bless!

Small beginner pattern for the game of hoopers! Tonight they got a little distance from their handlers! Working towards a big pattern outside! Scout did very good!!

We welcome Charlie to Taming the Wild Side! He was learned his down today then we chained it to his mat! He was very enthusiastic about training! I see a lot of fun ahead!

After the warm up, the goal that these clients are working towards is that their dogs don't visit or jump on people passing. High distraction environment, they did very, very well! Many consistent training sessions.
