💘Attention Pomeranian Lovers! 💘

Daisy is the ultimate fair maiden princess. Not only are her locks long and luscious, but she also prances around like the princess she is. She’s the ultimate lap dog with her love of snuggles and can also play with her rowdy foster friends.

Daisy is perfectly house trained and loves to adventure on walks in the neighborhood. Her eyes light up and she’ll dance in circles at the sight of a leash! She has fantastic manners in a crate and waits patiently to be let out.

As any pampered princess will tell you, she likes the finer things in life. Private grooming days where her long flowing mane is treated to a loving brush out. She’s also a huge fan of delicious treats and eats with gusto.

This princess would love to be an only dog, but doggie friends are okay as long as they realize the royalty that she is. Older kids are okay too, as long as they respect her space.

Like a typical Pomeranian, she’s a bit spicy in the way she approaches life. She needs all humans and canines to respect her space. No extra close face snuggles or being startled awake by a human. It brings out her high maintenance self.

Daisy came to Saving Hope Rescue as a stray by way of the Fort Worth Animal Shelter. The story goes that she was a frequent pickup for Animal Control as a stray but her family always came to pick her up… until they didn’t. This last time, the shelter waited a few extra days and her family still didn’t show up, but that’s when Saving Hope stepped up and took her in. In foster care, we’ve learned that she really is a family dog.

Daisy is a standard Pomeranian and weighs about 20lbs.

Adoption meeting, pending ❤️WELCOME MAE❤️ MAE is a 2.5lb 8-9 week old long hair chihuahua. Mae is tiny but mighty. She’s the sweetest girl - she loves to cuddle and be around people. She has a lot of fight in her as well. She was born with a bone abnormality in her back left leg so she’s got her own way of walking and getting around. The vet says that as her muscles get stronger they can help compensate and she’ll be able to move with more ease. She moves best on a rug or pad with some grip. She can do everything her brother does but needs a little extra rest. She has a small harness that helps her walk. She’s getting used to how it feels but can move really well when she has it on. She’s been really great with the p*e pad so far. She loves to chew on her toys and play with her big brother. She is a bit shy to start but opens up quickly and is best suited for an adult household. She would do well with a mellow small dog as well. As she grows she will compensate for the bone defect with her muscle strength. She is a true gem and will be a great match for a quieter household who can help her get strong. Kristin is an incredibly sweet 6 month old girl, radiating warmth and affection in everything she does. She is very sweet and submissive to other dogs. She is crate and potty trained. Leash walking in public spaces makes her nervous but when we practice in the backyard or inside she does fabulous. With more practice, she will eventually do great. She is very intelligent and food motivated, so she has mastered a few tricks.

Beyond her training, Kristin is an observant little companion who loves to be by your side while you go about your daily activities. Whether it’s playing fetch in the yard or looking after the kiddos as they run around, she revels in those moments of joy and playfulness, even if she sometimes forgets her manners and jumps up in excitement like many young puppies do. With that being said, if the kiddos start to get into mischief, she is sure to alert you immediately with her bark. When the day winds down, Kristin finds comfort in simply lounging on the couch, soaking up affection and companionship. With her gentle demeanor and loving nature, any family would be fortunate to welcome this sweet girl into their home.

BLAKE IS NOW RESERVED FOR A HOME ❤️

A very special new arrival 🥰

Blake is a young Collie who was surrendered to us this week as he wasn’t quite built for the working life, we are told he was scared of the sheep 🥹

He has lived outdoors on a farm for his life thus far, but we are quickly realising that he is all about the snuggles in the warm, he is 100% destined for indoor home life and a sofa of his own. He is a scared, overwhelmed and highly sensitive young man, a delicate soul who requires equally as delicate handling.

He is spectacularly goofy and comical, as you walk into his kennel he will often army crawl towards you nervously, giving you the best smile while he’s at it. He really comes to life in his play yard and although he adores his toys, he is rather awful at catching them, but we absolutely love him for it, he provides infinite laughs and defintely spreads joy amongst the staff by simply being himself ❤️

He has never had to walk as he has never left the farm he was born in, but he is a beginner on the lead and he will walk if the environment is calm enough and I’m sure he will learn in no time in the right hands, but he does require security conscious owners as he will be easily spooked initially. He would prefer another dog to stick beside and learn from and does seem a lot more confident when around them, so it would be nice to see him have a friend in his new home. He is super busy and as with most Collie’s, his brain doesn’t stop working, so he does need Collie experience and plenty of stimulation.

Blake would likely be great around children no doubt, as long as they are of an age where hey can understand his nerves. He hasn’t met any kids in his time with us but we know a delicate and gentle soul when we see one and this special guy would be anyone’s best friend if the effort is put in and we act appropriately 😊

Newmie is the sweetest boy, has gentle energy, and loves his brother. He’s a little shy around people he doesn’t know, and he likes to sleep on his own and is more independent. His potty training is going very well, but he still has little accidents. He also loves his food and protects it at all costs and has learned to sit. He’s very playful and loves snuggles. He will be a sweet companion.
