Animals are available for adoption at both the SPCA Dallas Animal Care Center and the Ellis County Animal Care Center (2570 FM Road 878 in Waxahachie, Texas).

Meet Sadie, a real cutie pie who is the definition of a gentle soul, with a heart full of love and a devotion that will melt yours. This beautiful 2-year-old, 68-pound Golden Retriever is pure love wrapped in a fluffy beige coat.

Sadie is a snuggler through and through, always ready to curl up beside you and share cozy moments. Her calm, loving nature makes her the perfect companion for quiet evenings, while her loyalty means she’ll always stay by your side. Whether it’s a gentle walk, a soothing cuddle, or simply being near her favorite person, Sadie cherishes every moment of connection.

Currently in foster care, Sadie is waiting for surgery to repair a limb, but that doesn’t stop her from radiating warmth and joy. She’s available for foster-to-adopt, meaning you can welcome her into your home while she gets the care she needs, with all medical expenses covered.

This fluffy beauty is looking for a warm, loving home where she can recover in comfort and shower her family with affection. Her foster family can’t stop raving about her sweet and easy-going personality.
