Welcome to training blaze!
This sweet boy is going to be working on some confidence building, and manners, especially around toys when his brother is around. Blaze is small, but mighty! He likes to try to steal toys and he and his brother get into little scuffles that may escalate. He’s also going to be learning how to do some stuff like loading in and out of vehicles on his own, listening skills, and jumping! We can’t wait to show you the work he’s doing!

Hey everyone! This is Evie.
Evie is a really strong girl. And will be learning a lot of manners and self control here.
She’s pulling her owners down on walks, mouthing and jumping, stealing toys from her puppy siblings and doesn’t kennel well at home. She’ll be working on a lot of training foundations this week! 🐾🐾

Work begins before coming to a trainer and after leaving a trainer. You cannot have minimal foundation and then want 8 months worth of training results/progress in 3-4 months And you cannot keep or even move forward in progress and results if you do not follow through at home thereafter. Dog trainers are not wizards or magicians.

Group session with some of our board and trains!! There can be many benefits in training a group together. One advantage is that this lets the newer dogs watch the more experienced dogs hold commands and execute their obedience. Dogs do learn from others behaviors. Another is that these new pups are great distractions for our more experienced dogs to work around 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

We’ve got the next group walk on the books! We will be inside of the facility for the training portion- so dogs who may be dangerous, not under control to other people or dogs should sit this one out or wait for the walking portion. This walk will be teaching others how to teach the heel position and the mechanics behind this skill!! As always PLEASE RSVP!

Ein and his owner have been training really hard to get stable obedience, confidence, and manners under control. This was our first lesson outside working on off leash and staying close.

Neptune’s training remarks mentioned biting socks while on your feet. And you know what? We do everything we can to work on the owners training remarks. Because that’s why they brought their dogs in for training. So we may have him running around while we walk around in our socks! 😝 fun times
