Policy update: Since we have been getting so many people trying to get an appointment with us we have been having trouble getting our regular customers in. These are people that have been with us for years and they show up on time. We have been getting a lot of new people lately that are no call no show and there isn’t enough time for someone on my cancellation list to get here and get their dog groomed before our next appointment. From now on ALL no call no shows will NOT be rescheduled. It’s not fair to us because we lose out on business and it’s not fair to our customers who would have gladly taken that appointment. We are the tiniest grooming salon since we do it out of our garage and only on weekends. So we cannot afford to have people not show up for their appointment. Thank you for your time. -Ash
