The Barn previously Elizabeth Anna’s

The Barn previously Elizabeth Anna’s Mission to grow food, community, and beauty in harmony with nature. We love Fort Worth and all its dirt has to offer.

Elizabeth Anna’s shop is about more than just buying pretty flowers or getting a landscape designed. It is about loving local food, inspiring others to plant, welcoming (the thought of) chickens into your life, being organic, educating, working with nature rather than against it, and most of all... building community. Please stop by and consider buying the best organic edibles in town so you can g

row vegetables in your landscape (I promise they can be beautiful) or for the more traditional, we have many flowers, vines and trees for you to choose from. If you need some help deciding where you should plant or want us to do it for you; we offer certified permaculture landscape design, consultations, and licensed irrigation.

Are you aware that fungi play a crucial role in transforming barren earth into nutrient-rich soil?

A unique type of fungus even rejuvenates landscapes following wildfires.

It's essential for us to recognize our place within nature for a mutually beneficial outcome.

The destructive effects of monoculture, pesticide use, and soil compaction on agriculture are becoming increasingly evident.

These practices can lead to soil degradation, loss of biodiversity, and environmental harm.

Supporting local farmers who prioritize sustainable farming methods and encouraging practices like crop rotation, organic farming, and agroecology can go a long way in restoring the health of the soil.

By growing our own food, we can take control of our food systems and reduce the demand for industrial agricultural practices.
