I hope you all had a blessed Christmas with lots of food, fun, & family.
Some of you already know this, but Our daughter Hannah tested positive for the BRCA 2 gene earlier this year. She has chosen to be proactive regarding this high risk of breast cancer, it's not a matter of IF, but it's a matter of WHEN she will get breast cancer. Her best avenue of prevention is to have a double Mastectomy, which drops her from a 75% chance down to 5% chance. So today she had her surgery. Everything went well, and she is resting now. It was a really long day for everyone. I will be staying home for a few days to help her recover, and return to the salon on Jan 2nd. We appreciate your thoughts & prayers, and patience with me as she will continue to rehab for the next 6 weeks. I will be working alone during that time.
So I'll get you in as soon as possible, but hope you understand there may be a wait.
We are praising God for the fact that she even had taken the genetic testing to find out that she was positive. He is our healer, and author and perfecter of our faith.
Happy New You to you all. 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣
