Our hearts are heavy as we share the news that our dear Freddy has crossed the rainbow bridge. Freddy wasn’t just a guest at our facility; he was family.

With the personality of a wise little old man, Freddy would sit back and watch the world around him with his unique charm. He joined us for our New Year’s party, and we’re so grateful for the memories we shared together during that special time.

Freddy brought so much joy and comfort to everyone who knew him. While our time with him feels far too short, his presence left an everlasting mark on our hearts.

We’ll miss you, Freddy, more than words can say. Rest easy, sweet boy. ❤️

Important Update to Our Pricing
At Details Pet Grooming Play and Stay, we are committed to providing the best possible care for your furry friends! To continue delivering the high-quality service you’ve come to expect, we will be implementing some changes to our pricing starting March 1, 2025.
Here’s what’s will be changing:
🐾 Boarding:
• Current: $40 per night
• New: $50 per night
• As always, a $3 facility fee per visit will continue to apply.
🐾 Daycare:
Single Daycare Sessions:
• Half-Day (up to 4 hours): $21 per day (including $3 facility fee)
• Full-Day (over 5 hours): $28 per day (including $3 facility fee)
Package Pricing: Pre-paid Monthly Package (Full Day Daycare only)
• 3x Per Week Package: $78 per week (a $6 savings compared to the regular $84)
o For dogs who visit us 3 times per week
• 4x Per Week Package: $103 per week (a $9 savings compared to the regular $112)
o For dogs who visit us 4 times per week
🐾 Grooming:
• Grooming prices will increase by $5–$20 per groom, depending on the size and needs of your pet.
• The $3 facility fee, which has always been included, will continue to apply to all grooming services.
• Handler Fee: A handler fee may be added for dogs requiring extra resources or special care during grooming. While this isn’t always apparent at drop-off, we will communicate any additional fees when they arise.
• Our grooming service fees have increased. Please note that the updated prices reflect basic grooming only, and additional services will be charged separately.
• Late Pick-Up Policy
Please note that pick-ups after 6:00 PM will incur an additional charge of $15 for every 15 minutes.

We’re here for all your daycare, boarding, and grooming needs, even in these frigid temperatures! 🐾 While the cold weather will keep our daycare pups indoors more than usual, we’ve planned plenty of fun and engaging activities to keep them entertained and happy.

However, we completely understand if you don’t feel safe venturing out in the cold. Your safety comes first! Just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment.
